If you lose connection
The portal saves drafts and photos on this device. If you select Send while offline, they remain pending and retry when your connection returns. Only Received by the company, with a reference number for reports, confirms delivery.
You can close and reopen the portal to recover pending entries. Sending with the app closed depends on your browser: to ensure a retry, keep the page open or reopen it when connected. A new QR needs a connection at least once.
- Scan the QR on your seat, in the waiting room or at the ticket window and check the company and bus or location.
- Choose ES or EN at the top to change language.
- Select the problem area and describe what happened and where. You may add up to four photos, 5 MB each.
- Send your report and wait for its reference number. Save or copy the tracking link to view updates, including from another device.
- Scan again using the same browser to see your recent reports for that bus or location.
- Rate from 1 to 5 stars and leave an optional comment. At terminals, indicate whether you received a complimentary drink or it was not included.
- You can update your rating on the same day using that browser. We keep the original rating and count it as a single review.
No name or ticket is required. The company receives your entry when connected; viewing new updates requires a connection. Report emergencies directly to staff.
Company dashboard guide
- Sign in at /bus/panel with your company number, email and password.
- Register buses and seat counts, terminals and ticket windows. Print their QR labels; they remain fixed when routes change.
- Review reports and photos. Coordinate service through the usual communication between central operations and terminals. If helpful, record the service terminal and assigned staff.
- Record passenger updates: received, service scheduled, in progress or resolved. Each update stays in the history.
- Create accounts for supervisors and terminal staff. They can view and update their company's records.
Buzon+ provides passenger feedback. It does not require re-entering trips, routes, arrivals or departures. The dashboard refreshes every 30 seconds while visible, unless a form is being edited or report details are open.
Understanding the insights
- All combines your company's buses, terminals and ticket offices. Selecting a bus or location limits charts to that point and the selected dates.
- The map counts reports sent from each seat; the reported area is counted separately. Ten restroom reports from seat 1 count as ten seat-origin reports and ten restroom reports.
- Colors indicate no reports, pending reports, resolved reports only or pending safety reports. The diagram is a numbering reference, not a confirmed physical layout or fault location.
- Review frequent issues, unassigned reports, reports older than 24 hours, average time to resolution, stars and weekly or monthly trends. Several reports may refer to the same fault.
- Lifetime history shows cumulative totals and the latest 50 bus reports, including those outside the selected dates. Download CSV files to open reports in Excel.
Install Buzon+ Bus
In the dashboard, select Install Buzon+ Bus and accept if the browser offers installation.
- iPhone or iPad: open the dashboard in Safari, select Share, Add to Home Screen and confirm the name Buzon+ Bus.
- Android or computer: open the dashboard in Chrome or Edge and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen from the menu.
This is an installable web app with no app store required. It needs internet access; company access remains protected by sign-in.
Dashboard access lasts 12 hours from sign-in and survives server restarts. When operators change, select Sign out and sign in with the next user's account.
Privacy and data use
The company identified by the QR receives reports, reviews and photos to address issues. Records include the bus or area, reference seat, date and time. The operator may compare them with its trip records; the seat does not confirm passenger identity.
Other passengers cannot see your reports. Anyone with a tracking link can view them; avoid sharing it publicly. Comments and updates remain in the language in which they were written.
Privacy notice (Spanish) 路 Terms and conditions (Spanish). The operator must provide its own privacy notice and request channel.
Cookies and preferences
We use session and form-protection cookies. We keep up to ten tracking links per point for 90 days, a rating reference for up to two days and your language preference for up to one year. Clearing cookies or changing browsers removes that continuity; it does not verify identity.
The theme preference is saved in your browser. Your drafts, pending photos and receipts are kept locally; remove them from Saved entries on this device. Clearing browser data may remove pending entries. The dashboard and other people's reports are not cached.
