Buzón+Bus

Listen to your passengers. Prepare for the next stop.

One QR per seat, waiting room or ticket window. Receive issues, follow up and see how the experience changes on every bus and terminal.

  • No app for passengers
  • No signal? It sends when restored
  • Spanish and English

Three places where passengers have something to say

On the bus

Restroom, air conditioning, USB, outlet, backrest, screen, luggage and driver service. Every seat keeps its QR and each bus builds its history.

At the terminal

Waiting room, cleanliness, restrooms, service and complimentary drinks. Identify what needs attention before boarding.

At the ticket office

Service, waiting time, information and purchase issues. A QR at each ticket window identifies where the experience happened.

From a report to a resolution

Passengers install nothing and give neither name nor ticket. The company coordinates service through its usual channels.

  1. Scan

The QR on the seat, in the waiting room or at the window, with the phone camera.

  2. Report

Pick the area, describe what happened and where, and add up to four 5 MB photos.

  3. The company responds

The supervisor receives the report, assigns who will handle it and the service terminal, and records updates.

  4. The passenger stays informed

With a tracking link they check updates, even from another device.

Insights to decide what to handle first

Each company sees only its own data, by bus, terminal or ticket office, and by week, month or chosen dates.

  • Seat map with the reports sent from each QR.
  • Most frequent issues and pending reports with no one assigned.
  • Reports older than 24 hours and average time to resolution.
  • Star distribution and weekly or monthly trends.
  • Lifetime history for each bus and CSV download for Excel.

The map shows which seat a report was sent from, not where the fault is: the issue may be the restroom, luggage or driver service.

There isn't always signal on the road

The portal saves the draft and photos on the passenger's phone. If they send offline, the entry stays pending and retries when signal returns.

  • Only “Received by the company”, with a reference number on reports, confirms delivery.
  • If the passenger retries, the report is not duplicated.
  • Sending with the app closed depends on the browser: to ensure a retry, keep the page open or reopen it when connected.
  • A new QR needs a connection at least once.

Ratings and company staff

1 to 5 star ratings

With an optional comment. At terminals, passengers are asked whether they received the complimentary drink. Each browser counts one rating per point per day; it is a basic control, not a verified identity.

Accounts for supervisors and terminals

Each company creates its staff accounts. They can view and update only their company's records, from any device.

Installable app

The dashboard installs as an app from the browser, with no app store. It needs internet access and remains protected by sign-in.

Advisor

An AI-written analysis: you choose the whole company or one unit and the period, and Advisor compares it with the preceding period of equal length.

  • Delivers findings with figures, priorities and recommendations for supervision, maintenance and service.
  • It receives metrics and a sample of comments with emails, phone numbers and names filtered. It receives no photos or GPS.
  • The supervisor reviews the recommendations. Advisor does not change statuses or guarantee diagnoses.

Advisor · What it does with your data

Compares the chosen period against the previous one of equal length.

Prioritizes safety for human review and reports older than 24 hours.

Does not invent per-trip rates or occupancy: Buzón+ Bus does not handle trips or total passengers.

Generated on demand from the dashboard and saved with its date.

What Buzón+ Bus does not do

It is passenger feedback, not an operations system. We would rather say so up front.

  • It does not manage trips, routes, arrivals or departures, nor ask you to re-enter them.
  • It does not confirm passenger identity: the seat is a reference, not verified data.
  • It does not integrate with ticket sales or assign a service terminal automatically.
  • It does not replace emergency response: a serious incident must be reported directly to staff.

Frequently asked questions

Do passengers need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and the portal opens in the browser. No name or ticket is needed.

How many QR codes do I need?

One per seat on each bus (up to 100 seats), one per terminal and one per ticket office. They are generated when you register the unit and stay fixed even if the route changes.

What can other passengers see of my report?

Nothing. Other passengers cannot see reports. Anyone with the tracking link can view it, so it should not be shared publicly.

Does it work in Spanish and English?

The portal, tracking, dashboard and guide have an ES/EN selector. Comments and updates keep the language they were written in and are not translated automatically. Legal terms remain in Spanish.

Does each company see only its own data?

Yes. Each company is created separately and its users access only their own records.

How do I get started?

Write to us for a demo. We create your company, you register your buses, terminals and ticket offices from the dashboard, print the QR labels and place them at each spot.
