Buzón+Airlines

Hear your passengers at every counter and gate, before they take off.

A QR code in the areas your airline operates at the airport. If the line isn't moving or nobody announced the delay, your team knows within minutes, while the passenger is still there.

  • No app for passengers
  • Alerts on staff phones
  • One location per airport

The unhappy passenger doesn't look for your supervisor. They post about it.

Between the counter, the gate and the lounge, what happens in each area takes too long to reach someone who can fix it.

The complaint starts in the line

A slow line, an unclear announcement, a broken kiosk. The passenger lives it in the moment, but nobody at the station knows.

The message gets lost between areas and shifts

What a gate agent sees doesn't always reach the shift supervisor, and what happened on the previous shift is rarely recorded.

The review arrives before the report

You find out through social media or a formal complaint, after the flight has left and there's nothing to fix in that moment.

With Buzón+, the passenger scans the QR of the area where they are and your team gets an alert with what happened and where, while it can still be fixed.

Three steps, nothing to install

The same portal restaurants and hotels already use, with an airline's own concepts.

  1. Scan

With their phone camera, from the sign at the counter, gate or lounge. No app, no sign-up.

  2. Rate or report

Rate their experience, report a problem or leave a complaint or suggestion, even anonymously.

  3. Your team responds

An alert rings on staff phones: “Gate 12 · Lack of information”.

At the baggage belt, the alert arrives while the passenger is still there

It's the most stressful moment of the trip: the belt stops and the suitcase doesn't come out. With a QR code on each belt, the passenger reports it right then and your baggage team knows before they leave.

  • One QR per belt (“Belt 1”, “Belt 2”…): the report arrives with the belt, the reason and the time.
  • Ready-made reasons: missing or undelivered baggage, damaged baggage, opened or incomplete suitcase, and slow delivery.
  • Passengers can add up to four photos (the suitcase, the tag, the damage) and, if they want, leave their phone number so you can contact them.
  • Baggage staff get the alert on their phone and can attend to the passenger before they leave the area.
  • Each report keeps its status and what was done to resolve it, and passengers don't have to give their name to report.

Buzón+ does not replace your formal baggage procedure: it lets you find out and attend to the passenger in the moment. On the sign, it helps to ask them to describe the suitcase (color and brand) and photograph the tag.

An airline's own areas and reasons

Your airline starts with its own catalog, which you then tailor to your operation.

Check-in and documentation
Very long line, poor service, broken kiosk, incorrect charge.
Boarding
Lack of information, delay without notice, disorganized process, poor service.
Baggage belt
Missing or undelivered baggage, damaged baggage, opened or incomplete suitcase, slow delivery.
Lounge or waiting area
Cleanliness, air conditioning, seats or outlets, Wi-Fi.
Tickets and customer service
Changes or refunds, incorrect charge, poor service.
Flight information
Incorrect screens, unclear announcements.

Passengers also rate six aspects: check-in, boarding, staff service, flight information, lounge comfort and baggage.

What the shift supervisor sees

Every report arrives with the area, the reason and the time. Whoever handles it updates the status and records what was done.

Sample view with demo data. The panel includes sound alerts, filters by date, status and area, and Excel export.

Every level sees exactly what's theirs

Counter and gate agents

  • Alerts on their phone with what happened and in which area.
  • Status of every report and what was done to resolve it.
  • Nobody depends on the previous shift's notebook.

Supervisor and station manager

  • Today's rating, reports and response time on one screen.
  • What's reported most: what fails most often and in which area.
  • Excel whenever you need it.

Airline with several airports

  • Each airport where you operate is set up as a location.
  • Each manager sees their own; corporate compares stations, from worst to best.
  • For station networks: corporate dashboard, regions and internal chat.

Advisor

An AI-written analysis of your station's statistics: daily, bi-weekly and monthly summaries, with what to tackle first.

Complaints and suggestions with follow-up

Every complaint is recorded with its reference number, status and what was done to resolve it; it serves as a history for your internal reports.

Welcome kit

A live-response protocol, a first-7-days checklist and a 1-minute staff guide, ready to print.

A rate tailored to your stations and operation

Every airline operates differently: how many airports, how many areas per station and how many teams serve them. That's why we quote per station, with a clear proposal before you start.

  • Ratings, reports with photos, complaints and suggestions.
  • Staff app with alerts and a supervisor dashboard.
  • Advisor with artificial intelligence.
  • For station networks: corporate dashboard, comparison across airports and internal chat.

What airlines ask us

Do my passengers need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and your airline's page opens, with your logo and colors. Your team opens the panel (it can be installed as an app) to receive alerts.

Where do I place the QR codes?

In the areas your airline operates: check-in counters, assigned boarding gates, baggage belts, your own lounge and ticket office. The rules for placing signs inside the airport depend on its administration and your space agreement; confirm them before printing.

Can it be used to report missing baggage?

It lets your baggage team find out right away, while the passenger is still at the belt, and attend to them; passengers can attach up to four photos. It does not replace your airline's formal baggage procedure: you keep following your own process for that.

Is each airport a separate location?

Yes. Each station is set up as a location with its own areas. Each manager sees theirs and, for station networks, corporate sees the dashboard and comparison for all of them.

Is it for emergencies or aviation safety issues?

No. Buzón+ collects passenger experience. An emergency or safety matter is reported directly to staff and through your airline's official channels.

What if I have international passengers?

Today the page passengers see is in Spanish. If you serve many international passengers, write to us so we can take it into account.

How long does setup take?

One day per station. We set up your airline with its areas, you upload your logo and print the QR codes. If you have several locations, you configure one and we replicate it.

How is it billed?

We quote per station based on your operation and agree the terms with you before you start. Write to us with the airports where you operate and we'll send you a proposal.

Who owns the data?

Yours. Everything is encrypted in transit, each location sees only its own data, and you can export to Excel anytime. We don't sell data or show ads.
